Recipe Ingredients:

  2. 1/3 cup Dutch process cocoa
  3. 1 teaspoon instant espresso granules
  4. 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  5. 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon brandy
  7. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 2 large eggs
  9. 2 large egg whites
  10. 1/3 cup sugar
  11. Dash of salt
  12. 1 1/2 cups frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
  13. Baking spray with flour (such as Baker's Joy)
